It also requires a strong, secure and manageable portal for doctors to let them view and manage all data entered by the patients. They need to be able to access all patients' data, as well as their assessments, prescriptions and medical history. They also need the possibility to use the portal to communicate with patients. It needs a complex medical system with as simple as possible an interface, compatible with defined workflows and adjusted to the doctors' needs.

Part of the work required by i-GP also included the general improvement of the site design and performance and the addition of a knowledge base section for wellness related articles.

The diagnosis and assessment system was built using SI (swarm intelligence) principles, guiding patients through relevant question branches, ensuring they answer the right questions, and flagging cases where they should consult their GP. The interface was designed to be both attractive and easy to navigate, helping users move through the process confidently. Additionally, the patients’ portal was significantly improved, allowing them to access completed assessments, prescriptions, and treatment plans directly as prescribed by their doctors, ensuring a smoother, more transparent experience.
